Whenever I needed anything she would always say no problem let me see what I can do. She is so appreciated and u hold her at high standards. Even when I had to end my policy with State Farm. 5 /5 Alex Navarro: Ive been with State Farm for a few years now (2 vehicles and homeowners insurance) and have had such a great experience with Mark Murrays staff. Hannah has been a huge help to me in recent months with my policies as I navigate a separation with my estranged wife and arrange all the logistics that come with those changes. Any time I had a random question about anything and every time I called their office, Hannah was there to help answer all my questions and made sure to make necessary changes when I asked for them. She was very professional, understanding, patient, and kind. I feel very confident calling Mark Murrays office for all my insurance needs.

1 /5 Diana Vereyken: I have been with State Farm for over 30 years I was transferred from Ed Bright in San Carlos who was amazing. Now with the office of Mark Murray having the worst experiences with insurance of my life. I asked for certain coverages dropped which were not dropped for years. And I was charged for over a year for a renters policy which I was told was invalid after an administrative problem with the unit number. I was T-Boned by another State Farm Driver on Delta Road in an SUV that had 3 small children in the back all in safety seats on July 3rd last year. It totalled my car, I lost my job, I neeeed surgery and have been nothing but pushed aside by the Sales compartmentalized unit of State Farm and I am probably one of the most dissatisfied State Farm insured persons this century. I am waiting to get documents from my military parents service records to change insurance as my sister has. The person who T-boned was given a standard form from her State Farm Agent that she and her husband or father signed stating they have no assets. It was further endorsed by a State Farm employee. However, it would require an asset search for him to validate such a document which was forwarded to the attorney I hired. State Farm has colluded with the attorney firm for gain. Is this how all insurances operate because it seems to be a big scam.
