1 /5 Fidel P: The worst service called theybsaid was going to be 30 min and nosbhas been 1:30 min waiting, called AAA and the two reps where very rude I expresed my consern I was on freeway with lots of traffic and they dont care they said tge towtruck company would ve here in 34 min and app says in 8 min lies and lies AAA use to be a good company but now they really are the worst bette rto go with other provider. Update driver call and said I have to wait another 20 to 30 min this is insane this is because AAA and tow truck company dontbhave any comunication and they are not honest.

1 /5 S: There was a time that using AAA travel reps had good service. When we went to book a cruise they would not answer our questions regarding specifics and told us to just read the terms and conditions which is all legalese. I had asked that we not be charged for the expensive drink package on ship. Not only were we charged, it was double the price it should have been. We cancelled, lost some money, and have not been back.

1 /5 Maria Soto: Front desk lady needs to be nicer and not have an attitude, the older white woman who should probably retire. Her being helpful came with a bitter attitude instead of being courteous and polite when helping.

1 /5 jorge aguilar: 12 years of having AAA 2nd time going in to this facility and absolutely worst customer service, Front desk needs to improve , you walk in to get help and the lady on the front desk seems to be bothered by your presents, waited 5 min for her to even acknowledge me . After I was asking her a question about what I needed to do she seemed bothered by taking time to give me info. 12 years and this might be it , I guess they dont seem to value paying customers , they need to be reminded they have a Job / career because of the consumer .
