1 /5 Ken Mann: Service - its what you want from an agent. I didnt get it here on the only two occasions I needed it in two years. From the owner, Juliann Barra to her star, Emily Vera - they talk a good game but do not deliver. Even with multiple voicemails and emails, getting responses was like pulling teeth; they both dropped the ball completely each time. I finally got tired of having them earn commission on my Auto and Home policies and went direct to The Hartford (who I like and who wound up resolving my issue each time)
