When I say this guy has exceptional customer service, I mean it. He was very patient with all the questions I had and was very informative. Very nice guy and listened to what I was looking for on coverage for my Tahoe and even gave me different options. His drive to help customers out is so amazing that I even decided to get insurance on my other 2 vehicles with him. Even when he is suppose to be off work, he still stayed and help me through it and stayed overtime. This specific employee Luis Salvatierra, thank you! Not only did you help me find cheaper insurance but also better rates. He is a very patient and knowledgeable person. He was able to explain everything I need to know about my coverage before purchasing, spent an hour on the phone with him and having him go through all the rates with me. Even when I don’t understand some of what he tries to tell me he would use examples just for me to understand. I am grateful to find this agent and will be looking forward to referring friends and family to him any chance I get. Thank you !
