Nathan Delaney Ive been coming to Stateone Insurance for about 15 years and I change vehicles on average once a year. Don and Sharon have been great for us. They always get our cars covered no problem and any time we add a house or motorcycle(s) they are on it. Usually we can combine into one policy, but when they find a more affordable option they let us know. We will continue to come to this great office and these great people. Nolan Encarnacion this review is related to how easy it was to cancel my policy. Customer service was understanding and made sure I had coverage before I cancelled by policy. I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.
