1 /5 Alex Obispo: Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.
