I am always able get a straight answer, even if I ever feel the need to make changes to my policy. They always make sure I have exactly what I need. I would say with certainty that it’s the personal attention to my needs that sets them apart from all the rest! Nowadays, you really can’t find many businesses with a staff like this one. They’re all so kind! And the office is so clean and inviting; you really feel comfortable while you’re there. Do yourself a favor and get insured with these people! You won’t regret it.

Kyle Miller I tried to cancel my homeowners policy after selling the house in April 2019. Last week I received a collection notice from the insurance carrier. I have had an ongoing conversation since I requested the cancellation in early May. Almost ever document they requested had to be sent a second time. When I called the owner to get help, he wouldnt listen to me and placed all the blame on me. When I tried to explain that I had sent all requested documents already and that his assistant had mishandled the cancellation, he wouldnt listen and said the only way he could help me was if I resend all documents. I contacted Travelers and solved the issue with one phone call. I would never do business with Pyorre Insurance again. They do not understand Customer Service.

ROBERT INSKEEP Just wanted to give a shout out to Addie Kilgore of Kilgore Insurance for going above and beyond in finding us Homeowners Insurance and then packaging up our auto insurance to save us some hard-earned money. Our homeowner carrier that we have had a policy with since 1994 is cancelling our coverage here in California and we needed help quickly. Addie is a true professional with a heart of gold. She explained all the nuances of each coverage, giving us the pros and cons of said policies, did not try to upsell us on coverages we would not need and patiently took the time to answer all our million and one questions. We cannot recommend her and her agency more.

Alfonso Hermosillo I went to the Clamaci insurance office in Fullerton several days ago. I had to register my car and didnt want to wait in line at the DMV for 2 hours. The staff at Clamaci office were very helpful and nice. Within minutes my car was registered and street legal. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car registration. They were the best!

I reached out to Stephanie, and she was able to get me the coverage I needed at a monthly price point I was comfortable with. She was very professional and educated on all the policies, and she made confident in my decision in my policy. She also went the extra mile to suggest the add-on policy (as the basic motorcycle policy only covers the bike) in case I get hurt in an accident.
