amy kirkman Stuck on side of road. I have progressive through trinity. You think with my phone cutting in and out the agent would handle all necessary calls to get me the help i need. Road side assistance is a wonderful thought but with nobody willing to assist is useless. 3 calls later on hold and still not able to verify to truck driver that bill is covered.

They have been above and beyond helpful with not only the routine activities of managing my insurance policies, but recently Ive needed to call on their expertise to help me with a storm damage claim to my home. Within less than an hour after contacting his office, Craig was able to meet me at my house and went over the preliminary inspection of damage and got me in contact with the appropriate State Farm adjusters and service providers to mitigate and eventually repair all of the storm damage. They offer passport photos for $20, unless you’re a member - then they may be free. The international driving permit was an additional $20.
