Jennifer Bouman State Farm Account Representative located in Riverside CA handles my account with extreme professionalism; she is always so sweet and pleasant. She makes my experience with State Farm feel so personable. Doesn’t matter how many questions I have, any challenges related to my account, last minute questions, questions on the weekend, etc she is always there. In others words, her turn around response is “immediate”; by phone, text or email she always there to take care of me. I am very pleased with State Farm and I hope to keep State Farm as my car insurance carrier indefinitely. T. James

They are always ready to help and put us as their number one priority and no matter what our need is they are there to help. Orfa is our favorite representative but again the whole team is great.
