Shelley Woollard Charles adopted us into his Farmers family many years ago after our long term Insurance Co. dropped us for filing a claim. Their office staff is warm and friendly and treat us like family. They are great about checking in to see how they can best accommodate our ever changing needs and securing the best bang for the buck. Charles even personally checked in to see how we faired the Carr fire after having lost his own home. Who does that??? Great people great service!!!!

David A This place is really welcoming. The front desk receptionist was warm smiling helpful and patient. While I was waiting for service, a worker approached me and said Im just checking on you we will be with you shortly I just want to see what you need and get you started so when they do call you, youll be ready. I was really impressed.

mike I would say Rebecca is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with she hung up on me and must had a bad cup of coffee avoid her! Also spoke with Susan Almadova who is supposed to be the top supervisor and she had no interest in getting me the help I need very poor and disappointed this morning!

Julie Ellis Ive been using this company for years because they ALWAYS give me the best rate! Ive done my homework and not only do they have an A+ rating with the BBB but they have superior customer service. Like I said Ive been with this company for quite awhile ...at least 12 years because they actually take their time and review with me my best options and several times they found deals i qualify for because of my profession. Btw, I started using them because they were close to my job as temporary insurance but I found they usually beat the rates my job site offered and thats pretty good. I tried other companies but too many ripoff and upsells. I love the manager here. She lets me know upfront if she scans and finds a better deal for me. The workers are VERY efficient and well trained to do the same. I dont usually write reviews but these people are great at saving me bucks!!! I probably owe them a nice Christmas gift this year for all the money they saved me, lol!

Caridad Galindo Disappointed with their service and food The owner was very impressive 15 years ago when he would be there. He is not ever there, so it has declined. Also, their prices have increased while the meal quality are not very satisfying Weve decided not to return
