I am always able get a straight answer, even if I ever feel the need to make changes to my policy. They always make sure I have exactly what I need. I would say with certainty that it’s the personal attention to my needs that sets them apart from all the rest! Nowadays, you really can’t find many businesses with a staff like this one. They’re all so kind! And the office is so clean and inviting; you really feel comfortable while you’re there. Do yourself a favor and get insured with these people! You won’t regret it.

5 /5 Peggy Sutton: Our company has used McArthur & Associates for probably 10-years or more and they never disappoint. We often have unusual requirements from our customers who need proof of Liability, Auto and Workers Comp and other such things. This past month we have had an amazing number of customers who need a certificate of insurance right away for emergency work, etc. and they always come through for us. We always have need of updates and revisions because of owner and management changes to the properties we work on, it seems like our requests are never ending, yet the McArthur group always gets them done on time. I have always thought we are high maintenance clients and not easy to work with due to the nature of the beast, yet they patiently work through all the weird requirements we send them and patiently submit and resubmit until everyone is happy. We can’t thank them enough for all their hard on on our behalf - they are awesome!!!
