For days she was wasting my time with no response to emails or phone calls. Finally I found another agent and things were done in 1 day. She is also 25% more expansive

5 /5 Ryan Puruguapo: Ive been a happy customer for many years! They keep me in the loop with updates through email and mail. They are economically friendly so of course they give you an option to receive everything through email. I opted for email but they still send me the really important things through regular mail if they cant get a hold of me. I feel like Anamarie really cares for her customers. I actually got a few friendly reminders to rate her business and to kindly leave a google review -- which I dont mind because people deserve to know about her great business. Some people may get annoyed by the constant emails asking to rate her business, but that just shows that she really cares about how her customers view her business. And in case the readers were wondering, I use her insurance company for auto, home, and life. I recommend giving her chance if youre in the market for getting some type of insurance!

I was in a minor car accident a couple of years ago (my first) and they made the whole experience seamless and easy. And I think their policies offer great value.
