Ive never had such an amazing experience with an insurance rep, and Ive gone through a bunch of them. I wont be leaving Andy with Allstate anytime in the foreseeable future!

Eddie Espino Ive to switched to Central Sierra Insurance Company awhile back and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and coverage options. Their rates were very competitive and they were able to tailor a policy that met my specific needs. I appreciate that their customer service is customer-friendly, and its easy to manage my policy though my phone. Ive been a customer for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. Their rates are affordable and their coverage options are comprehensive. Whenever I have had to interact with their service team, theyve been respectful and helpful. They even proactively reach out to me with helpful tips and suggestions for keeping my car safe and reducing my risk of accidents. I highly recommend Central Sierra Insurance Company for their excellent service and value. Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

Joy Williamson Scott’s office at State Farm has always been top notch in how they’ve helped us. They’re always on top of it. Plus their online system make it easy to get roadside assistance. I’m sure I can find cheaper insurance elsewhere, but we had other insurances before and it was such a hassle getting insurance to help with accidents the way they should. 3 accidents and a flooded car (sunroof leak) in 10 years and I’ve never felt that way with State Farm. 4 cars, with one new teen driver, full high coverage for every car - $330.

I could tell he really had my best interests in mind in terms of getting me the best deals on my insurance plan. Samuel Mello Honestly the reason I tell everyone to get an insurance agency. Never have to worry about a hassle finding insurance or making sure they dont take advantage of you. If I didnt move out of state Id keep them for life.
