C R Progressive unfairly raised my rates after an accident where debris hit the underside of my car on the freeway. They labeled it a collision and said I was at fault—how is that my fault? To make it worse, they never told me about the rate hike or fault decision. When I called, the rep admitted they “forgot” due to switching to digital notices. Totally unprofessional. I’m leaving Progressive and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and even worse communication.

Pamela Caples I met with Kao for my first review since Phillip Call became our new agent. Kao provided excellent customer service. He was polite, professional, thorough, and patient as he reviewed all aspects of every account we have with State Farm. I appreciated how he took the time to find the best solutions to the questions and concerns I had about our account. Another employee created some problems for us when we first came to Phillip Call’s office and I wanted to find a different agent. But, so far, working with Kao has restored more of my confidence in this office.

Rumeal Joshua Asa gave me a quote today for an SR 22. I told her upfront i didnt have the money today but i will and she explained the procedures and the importance of getting this done. She explained it to me better than the courts did. Safe to say i will be getting this taken care of bright and early tomorrow morning. She wasnt pushy but she was firm with explaining the urgency. I appreciate her so much.

Courtney Gray I just have to say that Bill Murphy Ins. has the best agent/broker I have ever worked with! My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. We have been working with countless other brokers for this task and none of them compare to the effort and care she has provided.
