Went to couple different places but did not have success or feel like they really wanted to help me until i went here. 100% recommend, thank you again to Arlette for all the great help and clarification!! Being involved in any company for that long you will find something that bothers you. I have never had a bad experience with Matt and his team! He is very professional and genuine. My family was involved in an accident a few years ago and he reached out to me immediately and made sure we were all good emotionally and physically before he asked any insurance related questions. He really care about his clients. He honestly does everything in his power to give the best rates and does what is best for each individual. My adult daughter also uses Matt now, her husband is beside himself of what great service they receive. To sum up Matt is honest, genuine, reliable, professional and very caring.
