She was very proactive in finding me the best plan and even researched the best possible choices for doctors for my specific needs. She is very friendly and listens attentively to the client. She responds quickly via phone and email. She was also very reassuring when my Medicare paperwork was taking unusually long. Gave good advice to follow up the processing of my card. I strongly recommend anyone who has already accumulated a three foot stack of Medicare Plan offers to just go see Jessie. She already has all the information in those unopened packets in the mail.
