Erin McCormick I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. In fact I saved money. Hailey Mittrey you are the best agent. Kind and professional and patient. Thank you for all of your help with my brother and with me.
