My car insurance premium had been raised and I wanted to know why, and that conversation led to looking at my coverage overall. He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda. This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.

It was shocking and I immediately panicked and had planned to give State Farm a call. Tre called me first. I appreciated that he already knew what was going on with my policy and was proactively reaching out to me to assist me with any concerns that I had. Tre was able to work with me and go over my policy and make suggestions and ask questions which helped to alleviate my anxiety about the rate increase. He was also able to bring the price down for my annual premiums. I am impressed with Tre and State Farm and I would recommend them to anyone.
