Whether it’s to obtain event venue insurance, file a claim, or review my car and home policies, the staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I no longer live in the Chico area, I’ve kept my account with Keith McBride’s office for the last 25 years because they do treat me “like a good neighbor”!

Keith McBride and especially Michelle Burton are the best agents ever. I highly recommend them. They are always there to help explain any changes going on in your policy. I moved away after my husband passed away in 2017, but I stayed with them. I had no plans in changing agents.

He was always available to address their questions, and they frequently spoke highly of him. Recently, after their passing, I had the opportunity to engage with Keiths office as the Trustee of the estate. Michelle, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition during a challenging time. She was incredibly sweet, understanding, caring, and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s unfortunate that State Farm in California no longer generates new policies for homes, as I would have wholeheartedly entrusted them again. That being said, I would **HIGHLY** recommend Keith McBride for your insurance needs. His office exemplifies professionalism, compassion, and reliability.
