Jenny flores was bright, intellegent, softly humorous at appropriate times, she read the room well, gave efficient information in an understandable manner slowing down the density of information and breaking it down in laymens terms. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of good customer care. Thank you for hiring people who make people feel like they matter as a whole person and arent offended by the truth. Ps the questions below asking about whether i decided to go with state farm dont give the option for assessing other companies to price check. I didnt get full coverage today so didnt pay out any money...I can say the price I was quoted is in line with my current insurance company. Though this company offers towing to nearest...spots..for a dollar and a quarter more a month roughly which my company does not. But they do offer other things I appreciate and utilize yearly. ♥ ty for everything Jenny Flores! Your a great customer service rep and need a raise because you are a genuine diamond of the first water!
