Sena Ji Worked with Jill Mongeon for 3 years now and they never fail! They give me the best prices, have amazing communication, and are quick to resolve everything you need. Wanted to give a special shout out to Nadine who has been personally helping me. Really appreciate her honest opinions and she makes me feel like a valued customer. I insured two cars with this agency. I always felt protected and heard. They never try to sneak things past you and are open with everything. I recommended them to all my friends for car insurance!

Zoe Bell I recently called and talked to Tre who was informative and helpful. My car insurance premium had been raised and I wanted to know why, and that conversation led to looking at my coverage overall. He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda. This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.

Jeff Hinman Gloria has been my agent for over 35 years. The service I receive is consistently excellent. Recently my car was vandalized at an airport parking garage. The ignition switch was damaged, so the car needed to be towed. Gloria worked with me to find a nearby dealer to repair the damage and to get a claim started. This was done while we were on the phone, and she was on her computer in the office. The dealer helped me get the car towed and get a rental car.

Tina Guardanapo I was so pleased with he service. I only had my lunch hour to call around. I called 5 others before he actually answered. I did have time to leave messages for all these places and then what to have them call me back when I cant answer. It was perfect I gave him all my info...he texted back and I call @ my convenience...thank you for great service

He is easy to talk to and meets all my expectations on helping me. I am so happy to have meet him. He is such an exceptional employee and will go far in his future.
