1 /5 dav pat: Originally I gave this car insurance broker 5 stars but what a disappointment today. I feel like I was deceived by this broker. At first contact David Miller gave us a quote for car insurance at a very attractive rate a little over 1000 dollars for 6 months at PROGRESSIVE with good guarantees. We agree to sign this contract. And today, we received a letter from PROGRESSIVE informing us that our insurance premium is increased by 600 dollars for the same period. The broker would not have provided the correct information so that we could benefit from the reduction. We then decide to call DAVID MILLER, the broker, directly to ask for explanations. He could not answer our questions, that he could not do anything for us and that we had to pay this increase. I find it dishonest to have contracts signed without inquiring into the clients history... to make them promise very good unfounded prices... Today this broker doesnt care about our situation, he has touched his bonuses. And we are in a shitty situation.... Thank you DAVID MILLER I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE BROKER AT ALL

Our neighbor suggested David Miller as a good, reliable agent who can find a policy that "fits our needs." My first reaction was...they all say that. BUT, David stepped up and, in fact, produced a policy that fit our needs AND fit our budget. Great communication with David During the entire process. Great working relationship!!
