mike I would say Rebecca is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with she hung up on me and must had a bad cup of coffee avoid her! Also spoke with Susan Almadova who is supposed to be the top supervisor and she had no interest in getting me the help I need very poor and disappointed this morning!

Both Allie and Elizabeth, on separate occasions have reached out to me requesting information so that they could get me better rates! I have never experienced this type of customer service when it comes to insurance companies. You can tell they genuinely care about each one of their clients and they work hard everyday to make sure their clients are satisfied. I highly recommend them to everyone!
