DA Buck Barbara is fantastic! Love her to death. She has insured ALL my cars over the past 30 years way back with Mary Lou and Josie! Morgan Jaffee Possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had! Frank and Suzanne will go above and beyond and exceed all expectations. I had a particularly difficult home insurance issue and Frank handled it expertly on a Friday AFTER work hours. They are familiar with all of the difficilties we face with insurance in Sonoma County. I cant recommend them enough!

Nathan Pingel Michael and his staff are wonderful to work with. They always answer the phone or call me back. They are knowledgeable and willing to help. After I was hit by another driver, Michael genuinely cared about my well being and then handled all the logistics related to an accident. He dealt with the drivers insurance and everything was taken care of. His fast approach to handling issues is great and hes available to answer questions. Weve been with Michael for over 20 years and are very happy with his service.

Amy Lazarus I dont usually leave reviews but these folks deserve 18 stars! Stanley and the whole team at Curtis Lee provide the best customer service. I can call or email and always get a helpful and quick response that makes my life easier and informs timely decisions. Stanley is a strong communicator, knowledgeable about insurance options, and always advises me well. Other insurance companies may provide slightly better quotes but the ease and accuracy of working with State Farm cant be beat. I discovered this office when I first moved to San Francisco and literally walked into their storefront. Im so glad Im still with them seven years later.

Jerald Lutgring Mike is a great agent. He is concerned empathetic, and really knows how to help you achieve your goals. His office manager, Judy, is a real jewel. She works hard making sure all your insurance needs are met. Great agency. I highly recommend them.

Laura Pablo is the best! I wish I was able to give him 10 stars.. He is very professional and has a great attitude. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood.
