Patricia Hirano Colquiet Scot Kunselman is one of the fairest and smartest CSAA Agents Ever!!! I highly recommend Scott Kunselman at AAA in Oakland, Californias Pleasant Valley Road office. I have been a customer of AAA since the late 80s. Although, there are many automobile insurers, I have stayed with California State Automobile Associations because they offer excellent follow-up, quick auto fixes, great hard copy maps of all USA cities, Via magazine, and much more. If you need a professional insurance agent, I promise you will be pleased with Scott, since he is quite knowledgeable when it comes to insurance coverage. Sergio Machado Not too busy on a Tue afternoon. I was in line and Rahael was asking for on time registrations only, but decided to help me with my non op. Ive made changes to my address (etc) and she never lost her patience with me. Even her team helped out and they all made sure to have me fill out proper forms so that everything was in order. ROBERT INSKEEP Just wanted to give a shout out to Addie Kilgore of Kilgore Insurance for going above and beyond in finding us Homeowners Insurance and then packaging up our auto insurance to save us some hard-earned money. Our homeowner carrier that we have had a policy with since 1994 is cancelling our coverage here in California and we needed help quickly. Addie is a true professional with a heart of gold. She explained all the nuances of each coverage, giving us the pros and cons of said policies, did not try to upsell us on coverages we would not need and patiently took the time to answer all our million and one questions.
