5 /5 Amy Lazarus: I dont usually leave reviews but these folks deserve 18 stars! Stanley and the whole team at Curtis Lee provide the best customer service. I can call or email and always get a helpful and quick response that makes my life easier and informs timely decisions. Stanley is a strong communicator, knowledgeable about insurance options, and always advises me well. Other insurance companies may provide slightly better quotes but the ease and accuracy of working with State Farm cant be beat. I discovered this office when I first moved to San Francisco and literally walked into their storefront. Im so glad Im still with them seven years later.

1 /5 Andrew Kravetsky: Baffled this place has such a high rating. I used them for 2 years over which they made mistakes I have never experienced with any other insurance broker I have used. They made incorrect changes to my policy on 2 different occasions one of which caused me to be without insurance for 2 months. Their customer service was abysmal, never seemed to understand the issue or take responsibility, non responsive, and honestly just rude. I am so thankful I dont need to use this office anymore. Whenever I called State Farm corporate they were extremely helpful, this office specifically is just terrible. I cannot express how much I dislike this office, I had to waste nearly 6 hours over 3 phone calls because of errors this office made. Anyway good riddance, hopefully someone more competent takes over so this office can run properly.

I dont usually leave many reviews, but I feel it is time that I give him and his team at State Farm the recognition that they well deserve. Always service with a big smile is how I would describe their quick and efficient care they have provided me over the years. A special thank you for team member Ginger who has been taking care my car insurance needs since I started driving. Curtis and his team is what I consider a good neighborhood place of business that are all too rare in todays world. Thank you Curtis and team!

We have been working with Curtis for decades and he has always provided us with excellent advice especially when we are in a difficult situation. I have worked extensively with his office, including Paul and Stanley, for more than a decade. The TL;DR is that you simply will not find a better, more responsive, or more trustworthy agent than Curtis and his staff. Let me expand. Insurance is a funny thing, most of the time you dont think about it until you need it, and then--if youve failed to plan ahead--its too late. My family has a long history with State Farm, and my grandfather was a State Farm agent. I have been with State Farm since I had my first car, and I have been with multiple agents in four states. I have never had a bad experience with State Farm--not with the agents, their staff, the customer service people, the adjusters--no one. If my experience is an indicator, State Farm should be high on your list of companies. All that said, you will now understand that if State Farm, in general, sets my bar for excellence--and it does!--then Curtis Lee consistently exceeds my expectations. Theres not a single person in his office that I wouldnt trust to handle any of my needs. I know that if I have a question, any one of them will answer it competently. I know that I wont be sold products and services that I dont need. I know that when it comes to my property, my family, and my savings, they will give me the best advice possible. If you are looking for a great agent who has an excellent staff of trained professionals; or if you want products and services that you can have faith in and where you can receive a comprehensive explanation for every aspect of your policy, stop reading this and go see Curtis Lee.
