5 /5 Pamela Caples: I met with Kao for my first review since Phillip Call became our new agent. Kao provided excellent customer service. He was polite, professional, thorough, and patient as he reviewed all aspects of every account we have with State Farm. I appreciated how he took the time to find the best solutions to the questions and concerns I had about our account. Another employee created some problems for us when we first came to Phillip Call’s office and I wanted to find a different agent. But, so far, working with Kao has restored more of my confidence in this office.

When we met he took time to review my existing policy and advise me of what coverage and limits of liabilities that I needed. After comparing rates on my existing policy I was getting more coverage at a better rate with State Farm. And if there is any need to contact them you actually speak with a person, not a complicated voice mail system. Kao is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Kao!!

1 /5 Raul: I have called this State Farm Multiple times to fix an error they made by their insurance agents by dropping the insurance on my corvette not just one but twice. I have had to work with the dmv multiple times for their mistake as my registration was cancelled for them accidentally canceling my insurance. I have a requested a call to fix this. This is disappointing and worst customer service Hi Phillip, I did call your office and requested a call from you with the last agent I spoke with 2 weeks ago. Resolve this ongoing matter that hasn’t been fixed

He was also very kind and made me feel very welcomed to have State Farm as my new insurance. He’s awesome and I would definitely be recommending him to friends and families. Truly a friendly neighborhood!
