1 /5 J V: We went in for a quote, ready to sign up for auto insurance, but from the moment this older white woman with short hair approached us, her condescending tone and unnecessary attitude made us walk out of the office. She lost two customers who were ready to sign up due to her attitude. She didnt greet us, so we werent able to get her name. This occurred on Monday around 1:50 pm.

1 /5 Tony Martin: So very disappointing. Dont trust them to represent your interests, once they sell you the policy they wash their hands of you! Somehow due to some website errors, we ended up making three payments instead of one for our home insurance. We thought it was taken care of, but unbeknownst to us, the farmers insurance lost our payment in their own system, and while they claim they informed us of lack of payment, the first we heard of the issue was when we got a cancellation from George Petersen and a bill for the time we werent covered. Its been 7 months since this all went wrong, and after multiple complaints to the better Business bureau, we just got a check back from farmers insurance. They claim they just are the representative but when we try to get them to help us with farmers they did nothing and blamed us for lack of payment. In fact, we had paid, the company that owns farmers, Liberty, had to get involved to help their own incompetent staff find our money. And why does this little Santa Rosa spot get one star? Because they were no help at all, whats the point of having an agent in town if they do nothing on your behalf? Just seems like they get paid to do nothing. And thats just how they like it.

1 /5 Luis Carvallo: Came in the office l, wanted to sign up for auto insurance, receptionist was nice, she told me there would be a 10 minute wait, an older lady approached me very angry, asking me who I had for insurance, I knew I would be a new customer because they dont sell state farm, I told her my rate was a little high and wanted a better rate and she said that every insurance is high, they only have 2 providers and I should be happy where Im at, and I said I wantes to sign up with you guys, and she seemed frustrated that she had to help me and said I needed to fill up a form, very unprofessional, what a shame that this is a business in Sonoma county, no desire to sign up new customers, id give 0 stars if I could, I cant even imagine the way they would talk to me if I actually needed help with my policy, if they treat new customer this way
