I’ve always been at companies that provide benefits but recently decided I wanted to try working for a start up. The only catch is that, since it’s early on, they don’t provide health insurance. Not only did I not really have the time to look for all these different plans but I also didn’t even really know where to start. Sam really helped me navigate these waters and got me set up in no time. Now I’m just enrolled on autopay and don’t have to think twice about it. After I had such an easy experience, I recommended a friend of mine who was in the video game industry and found some opportunities elsewhere that didn’t provide health insurance. Sam took care of him too. I highly recommend Sam if you want someone who knows these plans like the back of their hand and actually cares about getting people on a plan that fits their needs/lifestyle. Also, if you don’t have time to do all the side-by-side comparisons yourself or are unclear on the specifics (e.g., how deductibles and out of pocket maximums work exactly) Sam is your guy. Sam is now my health insurance guy.
