Mark Cheong Michelle is the best!! Extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone. Sometimes with these insurance companies it’s hard to get great service without your pockets getting a bit lighter but she hooked it up w ease!! Five stars. Boom.

Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Rita Rojas We switched to Michael Carey (Farmers) when our prior policy sky rocketed due to our 2 teenage drivers. He made our teen drivers affordable! He has saved us a lot of money on an umbrella policy covering our home and automobiles. We have been with him 14 years and have had great, personalized customer service. When our needs change he quickly returns calls and puts together a new policy without any complaints. Then he follows up with an email to keep us fully informed. Michael also still trys to save us money when ever possible. We really appreciate his courteous nature and great work ethics.

While I have only interacted with them by phone, their customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. If I lived in the area I would absolutely have all of my assets insured with Allstate specifically through Lazar. adan I was shopping around for a building policy seems impossible now to get coverage for your apartment. I asked around and I was referred to Marilynn . She was able to lock me in with farmers for my apartments. I really appreciate the comprehensive time and advice she gave me about open exposures. She went to the site and told me what looks like a potential hazard something other agents I’ve worked in the past have never done. I took the time to read her reviews before I called her I was hesitant as I saw people were paying more and still went with it. Well I can’t say I saved I had better options lines up in terms of price but I appreciate how informative and experienced she is. I feel peace something I assumed I had with my past carriers only to know they sold me based on my need to save me obviously that’s was not smart as I assumed I had great coverage. Nevertheless I learned insurance is something that should be considered carefully. With everyone happy to call a lawyer I need to ensure if that crosses I am protected. Overall I hope to keep a good relationship with my now new agent . Thank you for the advice
