5 /5 Nicki Yang: Amazingly efficient. Walked in for IDL, filled out paperwork, paid, took the free photo and was out in 15-20min. Right now members get free passport photos and your kids get passport photos for free too.

5 /5 Colleen McKenzie: An employee named Patrick helped me handle a complex chicken-and-egg problem around getting an unregistered car legal to drive, and I think Patrick might be the most competent person Ive ever encountered in dealing with my car. He not only solved my problem, but also prevented other problems I hadnt even considered yet, and didnt waste a minute in doing so -- turned an initially terrible day into a routine paperwork task. Going to do all my DMV work at this AAA location going forward.

1 /5 Wayne Sze: On 2/18/2025 I went to AAA SF Clement Street Richmond District Office. I met my AAA assigned agent "Amy". I told her I wanted to update my auto insurance policy and I want to know about the Umbrella policy. First thing she told me to call the AAA toll free phone number to update my auto policy and other things. I asked her "Arent you my assigned agent? I am sitting in front of you, if you cannot help your assigned customer, what kind of agent are you? I never had this kind of treatment from AAA." I told "Amy" you are "fire" and you are no longer my agent!! I brought this incident to the Office Manger "Maria" she promised me she will assigned a new agent to me. "Amy" is a low performer and no customer service at all ! DMV Section staff always treat customers with respect and courteous. DMV Section staff earned my 5 stars rating.
