I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQs various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldnt have to subsidize their carelessness.

We got discounts even though there was an accident on our account. I bug her to mive things around on our account even if its by the phone, which is amazing! The office is clean and organized.
