Steven Leibold I work with David Jacobson who provides me with numerous policies for my tax and bookkeeping service. We opted to offer a new service and was offered insurance by another carrier that covers this type of work. We asked our current E&O policy who originally said to "file a claim and well let you know" to a definitive decision of no we will not cover. David Jacobson then immediately started searching for a replacement E&O provider that will not only cover our existing services but this new service we will be adding shortly. Serenity Vann This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.
