Hes extremely knowledgeable about all things insurance. He laid out all the options available to me and thoroughly answered all my questions which allowed me to choose the best options for my situation. He stood firmly behind me on two claims and helped me navigate through the process. His staff is always very helpful whenever I call and appointments with Tom are scheduled quickly given his schedule.

Weve had to file two claims in the last few years (one a collision and one a stolen car) and we couldnt have asked for better more personal and professional service. We were able to reach him right away and he was quick to initiate and walk us through the claims process. It was a stressful time for us, but Tom made us feel that we were in good hands with his professionalism and courtesy. He kept us updated on the claim processes throughout each ordeal and went above and beyond in making sure our claims were taken care of.

5 /5 Mark Thoma: I cant say enough about how helpful and professional Tom and his staff are. In the last few years, I was involved in a car accident as well as a burglary that included car theft. With both claims, Tom responded quickly, walked me through the claims processes as well as assisted with them, and often followed up with me regarding the status. I have immense confidence in Tom as my insurance agent. He is honest and hard working. He cares about his clients. I cant imagine working with any other insurance professional than Tom.

He has always been extremely diligent and responsive in handling my accounts but, more than that, he is extremely generous with his time, and an extremely kind and helpful individual on matters that he cannot and would not charge for. The sort of person who makes a small community like Palm Springs feel old fashioned, honest, and accessible. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
