Karen Tan I recently switch my auto, home and umbrella insurance to Jeff Wong insurance agency. My car insurance premium went up double at renewal time this year because I add a young adult to the policy, plus I had involved in an at fault collision last year. Jeff is recommended from a friend of mine. Wow, he’s truly amazing! He goes the extra mile to find the best policy and best rate for us. I am very impressed when he told me he found a very good rate with another carrier. I was pleasantly surprised by the rate quoted from Jeff so I don’t need to shop around anymore. I personally believe I am getting the appropriate coverage for the lowest possible rate. Indeed, my experience with Jeff was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable and helpful in anyway needed. He is friendly and always get back to me promptly. I highly recommend Jeff to my friends and family of his excellent, professional service. Sandy Fultz As we were headed to Baja I had time to contact a few Mexico insurance options. The first company I contacted, my first impression was I would pass on it and try one other option, they were also suggested to us by our current car insurance. My second call was to Baja Bound, and Michelle picked up the line and all is history. The simplicity of the contract went seemingly well and we sealed the deal with Baja Bound. On our trip home after 3 weeks in Baja we stayed at Valle de los Cirios at a hotel where we met Hank the founder of Baja Bound. Hank was such a pleasure to meet and hang out with, we are so happy we went with Baja Bound not only for the ease and sound solid policy but also meeting Hank. Gina Biondi Jim Flynns office has always been most helpful even if I have a question about something other than my immediate account. Jeana, his assistant, is fabulous! I have been trying to get a claim which dates from 2023 satisfied. The hang-up isnt the insurance company but the contractor. Jims office has been most helpful in directing me to the right place to get answers to questions about this years-old claim. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance, whether its homeowners or auto.
