5 /5 Gina Biondi: Jim Flynns office has always been most helpful even if I have a question about something other than my immediate account. Jeana, his assistant, is fabulous! I have been trying to get a claim which dates from 2023 satisfied. The hang-up isnt the insurance company but the contractor. Jims office has been most helpful in directing me to the right place to get answers to questions about this years-old claim. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance, whether its homeowners or auto.

She responds to emails and returns phone calls. She is knowledgeable about the insurance industry and provides advise based on her experience and best practices. 5 /5 Mellissa Page: I have been with Jim’s office for roughly 12 years or so. Jim and the team have always been very responsive. From a simple payment reminder, to help going through a claim. You can always count on Jim, Jeana and the rest of the team to guide you through the process. There aren’t many agencies that take the time to review and help you make the best choices to protect your own assets without a push for a sale. If I could give more than five stars I would.

5 /5 Renee Golder: Ive been with Jim Flynns State Farm office since the early 1990s, starting with car, then renters insurance, and over the years adding homeowner’s, life insurance, and eventually an umbrella policy. My parents were with this same office going all the way back to the 1970s—and now my kids are policyholders too. That should tell you something! Jim, along with his amazing team including Anna and Jeana have always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They pick up the phone quickly, know who you are, and are always ready to assist with any question or concern. In times when we’ve unfortunately had to file claims, State Farm has always been there to support us and make the process as smooth as possible. I had 4 car accidents before turning 17... I am honestly surprised they have stuck with me! It’s rare these days to find service that feels this personal and consistent over decades. I couldnt recommend this office more highly!
