The first company I contacted, my first impression was I would pass on it and try one other option, they were also suggested to us by our current car insurance. My second call was to Baja Bound, and Michelle picked up the line and all is history. The simplicity of the contract went seemingly well and we sealed the deal with Baja Bound. On our trip home after 3 weeks in Baja we stayed at Valle de los Cirios at a hotel where we met Hank the founder of Baja Bound. Hank was such a pleasure to meet and hang out with, we are so happy we went with Baja Bound not only for the ease and sound solid policy but also meeting Hank. 5 /5 Gil Grubbs: Prior to my retirement, our family would travel to Mexico frequently. Since we would do so by car most of the time, we needed auto insurance for coverage in Mexico. For the last 15 years or so, we have always used Baja Bound. Though it may or may not matter, they are a US-based insurer. Coverage is obtained online and it is very easy. I have occasionally shopped and their prices are always very competitive. Luckily, Ive never had to make a claim and I hope to keep it that way. We are now living full-time in Mexico and we continue to use their services now on a full-time basis. You cannot go wrong with this company. Be it for just a short vacation or for a long stay in Mexico.

5 /5 Lee Tate: This was another trip for me to Baja. It was better than ever. I was really trusting Baja Bound insurance this time around. The traffic was a bit more harrowing this time when traveling between cities. I was thankful to have a great policy from Baja Bound due to a couple of near misses on the hi ways. Fortunately we spent most of our traveling off road, away from any traffic for miles around. Such a sense of security of having the insurance was most comforting on this trip. Each trip to Mexico is a learning experience of how to pack and what to bring; and due to Baja Bounds advice, I really loaded up on tires and tire repair items this time. They were unused; but, like Baja Bound insurance, it added a comforting atmosphere to the off-road adventure, knowing any hazard could be dealt with. Key: plan ahead!
