The tow truck driver named Elvin Gilpin from elevated towing company was super friendly, efficient, patient and very professional! He managed to get the car from inside my garage pushed down the street and loaded it into the truck etc etc every single step he took cares for the vehicle . A. Rex Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If youre looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.
