5 /5 Emily Fan: On 12/24/2024, AAA roadside service helped me to tow my car to the dealer. The tow truck driver named Elvin Gilpin from elevated towing company was super friendly, efficient, patient and very professional! He managed to get the car from inside my garage pushed down the street and loaded it into the truck etc etc every single step he took cares for the vehicle . I just wanted him to know that I really appreciated his help . Please let him know that I said thank you to him!

1 /5 Alia Rasol: I went to this office for DMV but the woman in the front around 10-11AM on 5-22-25 was so rude and the way she answered my questions look like she didn’t want to be bothered. I told her I can go to actual DMV even I have AAA but I don’t like your attitude. She responded FINE.
