1 /5 Mark Fuchs: Despite many accommodations, including through a "family crisis," Frank treated us poorly. And thats an understatement. IDK, but I would think that there are perhaps a bazillion better insurance people than this person, and certainly a bazillion more who are better people.

1 /5 Juliana: I have been mainly in touch with agent Oleg Kotov under this agency and sadly have to admit that this was the worst experience and customer service that I ever received! You feel guilty for paying money, for asking questions, for just being out there and bringing your money to this agent… I could not finish none of my sentences - always been interrupted. I highly do NOT recommend this service provider and after 5+ years with Farmers starting looking for the new one.
