Erica I have been a Nationwide customer of Nathans for almost 5 years. I left my previous company because I could never get a human being on the phone. This is not the case at Gleason Insurance Group! Nathan is an outstanding agent and his office offers top-notch service. I have a commercial policy and am always calling to make edits, ask questions, add or remove vehicles, etc. Nathan and his manager Ami Asuncion are always kind, friendly and willing to pause what they are doing and help me. They are quick to respond to calls and emails, and in the fast paced business world that makes everything run smoother. Thanks for the many years of great service Nathan and Ami!

M Professor Sonia Garcia at Lewis Insurance provided me with exceptional service! After being delayed by Allstate for over 2 weeks, I was desperate to get my new vehicle covered. I told Sonia about my issue, and she not only handled it before the end of the business day, she was able to get me better coverage at a better price than Allstate! After spending 20 years with Allstate and suffering through their bureaucracy, it was wonderful to finally feel valued by an agent. I will be more than happy to bring all of my future insurance needs to Sonia!

Elaine Bailey I need to renew my registration. I walked inside and gave my name to the greeter to put me in line to be helped. I was called to the counter within a couple minutes. Received my registration and was given a gift of a AAA license plate cover. Winner, Winner Winner! The visit took a total of maybe 10 minutes and that was at 11:45am.

Katia Soriano If I could give them less than 1 star I would, I had an accident and they never answer the phone, I left them messages and never call me back. The worst insurance ever, I changed it as soon as I could.

Ellery Super helpful team! I think the gentlemen who took my call was named Alex? I had a situation that was time sensitive and he took care of it within five minutes, no run around and complete apathy like you see other places. He made sure to let me know it was taken care of about fifteen minutes after our call ended, giving me a secure and reassuring resolution. Very happy with the service I get from this service!
