1 /5 Brock ST9: Been going to this place for over 10 years and just found out about the fraud and scams. Our fault for trusting them, but honestly anyone else seeing this, dont fall for it. They steal 600-800 on taxes. Dont sign anything.

5 /5 Laura Michel: I have my car insurance with Ebuy Insurance and I’ve had it for a few years now and have never had any problems. As a matter of fact when I had an accident last year I made the claim in there office and they where very helpful. My taxes it hasn’t been long since I started doing them in this office but as well I have been pleased with their tax services as well with no issues. The other places I did my taxes, they would do them and never wanted to help out a few months later when questioning my taxes and this people in Ebuy Insurance are always whiling to help. I do admit sometimes the waits can be long but at the end it’s worth it. I have recommended this place to some friends and they are happy as well. Hope this information helps out to some folks. 1 /5 Martha vianey Cazarez: Miss Veronica was very rude, disrespectful, and offended me when I never disrespected her, I wanted her to explain to me why my insurance policy had errors, she had no right to treat me how she did because at no time did I say that I was not going to pay the balance of my insurance. What I wanted her to do was to explain to me why my car didn’t have full cover in these past few months. She told me that I didn’t send her the pictures of the car but I did as soon as she asked me too. She even said that they didn’t go through in the system and she didn’t know why it didn’t go through. The company of the insurance called me to pay a bill that was left when I never told them I was going to pay. She didn’t inform me I had a payment. She personally doesn’t know me and doesn’t deserve the right to treat me the way she treated me. She told me that I was calm having insurance for 10 days she doesn’t deserve the right to tell me those things when she didn’t even inform me that I had to make that payment. I believe that the company has lacks of moral and their insurance.

I was having issues with my previous agency that they couldn’t even take a call for simple customer service on my policy so I decided to go elsewhere and luckily landed here thanks to my friend. Im recommending my brother and sister to Ebuy Insurance as I find a good environment and as I said good rates. I even got my dmv tags there so its a good spot for anyone looking for good insurance rates and good service.
