5 /5 Erica: I have been a Nationwide customer of Nathans for almost 5 years. I left my previous company because I could never get a human being on the phone. This is not the case at Gleason Insurance Group! Nathan is an outstanding agent and his office offers top-notch service. I have a commercial policy and am always calling to make edits, ask questions, add or remove vehicles, etc. Nathan and his manager Ami Asuncion are always kind, friendly and willing to pause what they are doing and help me. They are quick to respond to calls and emails, and in the fast paced business world that makes everything run smoother. Thanks for the many years of great service Nathan and Ami!

All components of the business (billing, claims, and quotes) are punctual, professional, and completed at the highest level of competence. We have utilized their services for home, multiple autos, and umbrella insurance coverage and are very impressed and happy with their 5 star service. 1 /5 Dee El Ey: I went to the office to take care of some insurance business, since Nationwide Customer service isn’t open on weekends (and they tell you to go to a local office first), get to the building and go to Suite 500 and it’s a different company and this agency isn’t listed on the directory. If you’ve moved, at least update your information to reflect that.
