Kenton Brown California Southwestern is totally customer service oriented. They are very responsive and supportive. I appreciate how they listen to a given situation and address it immediately and are compassionate about their customers. We have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They are also very competitive in the marketplace, and we have both Auto & Home policies with them as a result.

He comes across as genuinely honest, always striving to do what’s best for his clients. He even spent more time with us than originally scheduled to review our policies in detail, ensuring we were fully informed—a level of transparency we truly appreciated. Chad is also responsive and prioritizes customer service, consistently returning calls in a timely manner. Although we’ve only recently started working with him, we highly recommend Chad.

joseph vanmeter Anna Ritter has been extremely helpful to resolve our recent home owners cancellation notice. Farmers insurance had issued the non-renewal notice due to our roof. Anna jumped in, recommended a certified roofer for an evaluation and walked us through the appeal process. Anna then coordinated communications with Farmers underwriters to successfully appeal the non-renewal.
