I’ve been able to add people to my insurance with no problem Bean getting my renters insurance to her best rate town. I recommend everybody going to pronto Insurance in Turlock ask for Ana and she’ll help you with anything that you may need with the best quote rates very helpful and she’s bilingual

Cristina Jimenez Rancho Del Sur Insurance embodies everything I appreciate about excellent customer service. Cheri is responsive, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate that she will give it to me straight on whether I need the coverage or not. Her expertise gives me peace of mind to know that she has my protection needs covered. I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.

Alan Miranda Julie is a good agent just as I am a good customer she never hears from I pay my premium on time and never file a claim but then the problem begins when I need something I emailed Julie back towards the end of last year to ask a question never heard back then early January I sent her an email because I had an issue I needed to discuss with her never received a response is Julie still my agent? I use to receive a birthday card and Christmas card nothing anymore, I am billed every six months for my Renters Insurance when I received my bill the statement that I could pay three months so I did OMG I received a phone call from Julie’s office along with an email stating I was late how could I be late if I was offered to pay my bill that way and I was still within my six months of renewal but my lesson I learned is that if I want to hear from my agent just don’t pay my bill. I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was sixteen years old and I am sixty six years old now I think I have had one accident claim and one jewelry claim I deserve better treatment I will be leaving to another agent.

Duran Joseph (JD - technoman) EXTREMELY OVER PRICED INSURANCE! I finally went to a competitor insurance company and discovered I could get exact same coverage for 1/2 the cost on both homeowners and car insurance i.e. matched policy declaration pages between the two companies. I should have checked this out yrs ago. Shame on me ! Farmers is the most expensive insurance around; yet when one turns in a claim, Farmers starts crawling under rocks, fabricating all kinds of hoops for ya to jump through such that its impossible to prove ones lost of property in a burglary, police report makes little difference. All Farmers is interested in is devising ways to get out paying off on claims. I know Ive been through it ! I want to be clear, I think Rich and Marsha are both fine and decent people; its Farmers thats a piece of garbage fabricating /finding every way imaginable to not pay out on valid claims. FARMERS INSURANCE CAN KISS MY YOU KNOW WHAT !!!!

Dave Since 2012 mark has been my go to guy for all my insurance needs. Anytime I needed help or had any questions Mark has always been available whenever I have called or emailed him. Jeff Hinman Gloria has been my agent for over 35 years. The service I receive is consistently excellent. Recently my car was vandalized at an airport parking garage. The ignition switch was damaged, so the car needed to be towed. Gloria worked with me to find a nearby dealer to repair the damage and to get a claim started. This was done while we were on the phone, and she was on her computer in the office. The dealer helped me get the car towed and get a rental car.
