Sergio Machado Not too busy on a Tue afternoon. I was in line and Rahael was asking for on time registrations only, but decided to help me with my non op. Ive made changes to my address (etc) and she never lost her patience with me. Even her team helped out and they all made sure to have me fill out proper forms so that everything was in order.
