Kaitlyn Williamson I would definitely not recommend Geico to anyone seeking recommendations for auto insurance. After spending an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with customer service, and being reassured by two different agents that my claim was fully covered, and the auto body shop having my husband’s car for nearly a week waiting to begin the work, Geico at the very last second informed me that my claim wouldn’t be covered. We’ve wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they’ve been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it’s certainly not one that I’ll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn’t a matter of policy, it’s a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a “manager” stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.

Mark Roberts Bryan is the consummate professional, easy with whom to communicate, and works to obtain for me the appropriate insurance products especially considering the maze of issues in todays world. Also personable and responsive.

Ashley Williams I reached out to the office for new auto insurance, not only did Ryan and his team find me an affordable policy with better coverage but he took care of getting things switched over for me from State Farm to Travelers. I highly recommend reaching out to their office for any insurance needs.

Keacha Seddens I have been getting leads from this company for a couple years now. I like having a personal account manager. I have had multiple people try to help but my current account manager, Myrah, has made my experience the best. She is so awesome! She works with me and helps me figure out whats best for my agency. Ask for Myrah to be your account manager. You wont regret it!

Sola Folorunso I was able to get help with my battery issues. Jacquelin was amazing with helping navigate a complicated membership issue with my roadside assistance program. She is amazing and her customer service is top notch. Very much appreciated.
