1 /5 Esmeralda Enriquez: I’m excited to end my insurance services with this group. I received a final notice for payment much to my confusion since I had just made one. I call the Murrieta office, speak to a gentleman who tells me to ignore it since I am all up to date. Fast forward to 3 months later I have now received a notice from a collections agency for the same amount I had called about and was told all was paid and up to date. Turns out a new policy was written and a balance was left on the old which no one was competent enough to catch even when asked about it point blank. Now, my credit score is impacted AND my current policy is still with them - for now. What is the purpose of having a broker? What is the benefit of being with Barranca? Why call and speak to a representative when they don’t care to actually help? What needs to happen to have the same people getting payment for a service to care about actually providing said service? If you are shopping for insurance I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
