I have a very busy schedule, so knowing that hell always get back to me in a manner thats convenient for me makes my life easier. He recently worked with me to reduce my car insurance by 28%. I was so happy with his service that I inquired about my rental property insurance. Ilia was informative and answered all my questions so I switched that policy over to Best California (was w/ the other company for 8 yrs).
