5 /5 Sian Clark: Been with State Farm for years, but they say you can only judge your insurance after a claim. I was in a car crash, my first, late on a Saturday night and my car was totaled. Dealing with shock , minor injuries, no car etc, all very overwhelming. But our agent Tucker and the Amazing Megan on his team explained everything, attentively guides us through the process, and went the extra mile to ensure I understood it all. We know that if we have a minor or major issue, we will be well taken care of by Tuckers team. We typically speak with Gustavo and Sanji, and they are always patient, helpful, and kind; we feel like they truly care about us. The ability to call their office and have someone pick up the phone and be helpful (these days, especially) is invaluable.

5 /5 Chaney Phil: If memory serves, Tuckers mom and then Tucker, have provided my insurance needs for at least a quarter century. It is very easy to communicate with them when needed. Gustavo and Sanji(sp) are my usual contacts and they are always professional and courteous. I have moved out of the area now but plan to continue with Tucker as long as I am in California. The ever increasing insurance rates can be frustrating but they always explain why when I ask and make suggestions on how to mitigate cost. Thanks for the many years of serving my insurance neds.
