Joe has been nothing short of amazing rising to any challenge. He is realistic, honest, and actually seems to look out for the little guy by listening to our needs. He is very responsive with answers and when he has to go elsewhere for answers, he keeps us updated. I can’t recall a time I was waiting for him and not him waiting for me. Alvaro Montano Alfredo and his team are very professional. I personally speak spanish, and all of this staff does. Casualty are undesired events, but when they have happened, AllState has been there for us. Alfredo is easy to get a hold off, either via email or whatsapp, hes always on top of his business. Irina Badea Our company needed a certificate of liability coverage for a $1M with an additional insured for one day coverage. That week, I contacted other Insurance companies, such as: Farmers, Webers and others. Only a few brokers come back with quotes around $240-$300!!! Some of them never called back. Most of them clearly show no interest, i.e. "dont disturb me, Im too important and bored" and "Id like your info for marketing purposes". In contrast, Mr. O. Macaulay exhibited professionalism and was eager to help (i.e. respectful, polite, caring, personable, easy-to-talk and returned every call as he promised). He was there until we got a great quote in the low $30s. We are truly impressed with Mr. O. Macaulay service.
