1 /5 Barajas: I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with David Diaz, the manager. He called me claiming I owed a specific amount of money, but when I asked for clarification and tried to understand the charges, he responded with, “It’s not my job to explain what I sent.” His tone was rude and disrespectful throughout the conversation. As a customer, I deserve clear communication and respectful treatment — not this kind of attitude. Very disappointed.
