Kristal Jameson I spoke with Michael about quotes for renters and earthquake insurance. He spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining the policies and was attentive over email with follow up questions in the coming days. We ended up not going with this policy for other reasons, but I appreciate all the time he spent helping me and would absolutely consider him for future insurance needs. I believe that if anything happened and I did need to file a claim, he is someone who I could trust to be very helpful and responsive throughout the process.
